If your device stops working, contact our support team. We’ll troubleshoot and arrange a replacement if needed. However, repair costs may apply for damage caused by misuse or power surges.
The runtime depends on the total combined Watts of your devices and the capacity of your Portable UPS. For example:
- A Wi-Fi router (15W) and laptop (60W) combined total 75W.
- A Volta 500 (1.28kWh capacity with 90% DOD) can provide 1.15kWh usable capacity (1.28 × 90%).
- Runtime Calculation: 1.15 ÷ (75 ÷ 1000) = 15.3 hours
