Yes, the Volta 700X can charge and discharge simultaneously.
Once I order my Volta 700X, how long will delivery take?
We aim to get your Volta 700X to you as quickly as possible. We rely on couriers for deliveries but you should receive your Volta 700X within 10 working days from acceptance of your order depending on the delivery address.
What happens if my Volta 700X stops working?
We are responsible for ensuring your Volta 700X works. Please contact the Stage Zero team via the support call centre or log a ticket via our customer portal and we will facilitate a replacement unit should there be no damage due to abuse or neglect.
What do you mean by life time warranty for the Volta 700X?
Maintenance and upkeep of your Volta 700X is our responsibility. If there are any faults Stage Zero will arrange for the replacement of your device.
Do I own the Volta 700X at the end of the contract?
The Volta 700X always remains the property of Stage Zero. Once your contract expires, you may either choose to renew your contract for an extended period or to cancel your existing contract.
How does Stage Zero's return policy work for the Volta 700X?
Our courier company will arrange to come and collect your device from you. Also refer to our Cancellation and Returns policy
What is included in the Volta 700X box?
Your Volta 700X, its cables, adapters, and power cables. The user manual can be downloaded from the customer portal, and is also shared via email.
Does the Volta 700X need to be completely flat before charging again or can I keep it plugged in to charge when I have power?
You can keep it charging when you have power.
Can the Volta 700X can be run as an inverter / pass-through system.
No, although you can use and charge the Volta 700 at the same time, the battery will not charge at full speed while there is a load on the device. It does not support a “through-put” function.
What is the contract period for the Volta 700X?
12 or 24 months, depending on the option you select.
What is the notice period to cancel my contract for the Volta 700X?
You can cancel with 30 days notice via the Customer Portal.
What happens after I cancel my contract for the Volta 700X?
We will either require you to return your Volta 700X, or facilitate its collection.
Will there be a cancellation charge if I cancel my contract after the contract period for the Volta 700X?
No. You are just responsible for the courier fees to return the Volta 700X to Stage Zero. (T’s & C’s Apply, the device has to be in a working condition or penalties will apply).
Will there be a cancellation charge if I cancel my contract for the Volta 700X before the contract ends?
Yes, a cancellation fee of R650 incl. VAT will be payable as well as courier fees for the return of the Volta 700X to Stage Zero.
Once the initial 12 or 24 month contract is completed, do I get a new Volta 700X?
If you renew your contract and we identify a problem with your Volta 700X, we will replace it. If not, your device may remain with you, until the agreement is cancelled.
What happen to the Volta 700X when its load shedding?
Your Volta device will automatically take over and provide electricity to the connected devices.
